What counts as a capture?
A capture is a single decision, checkpoint, or work item recorded by Kleio. GitHub signals (PRs, commits, reviews) are captured automatically and count toward your monthly limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your workspace settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my capture limit?
You can still view and query existing captures, but new captures will be queued until your limit resets at the start of the next billing period, or you upgrade your plan.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is available indefinitely. If you need to evaluate Pro or Team features, reach out and we can set up a trial period.
